THE CITY COUNCIL OF Ta CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim dict heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution. No. 1445 --
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-59 T,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of �a m na c pia
Code and sal c1�'alaa.r)4e or ch&nges in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hareinaf'ter mentioned &n -,d described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 19 of the Anaheim funicipaal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zonae or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said Cit Planning Commission did make find-

N1OW9 THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS -
SECTION lm

That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended b chaaa�ing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Tittle 18 by ado0ting a
sectional Zoning Nap or Naps showing such change or changes as
follows.-

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The West 330 feet of the Southwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los 'Coyotes,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 51, page 11,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 264 feet.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 175
feet of the West 227 feet.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the West 92 feet.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL
ZONE, upon the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided
in accordance with approved plans on file
in the Office of the Director of Public
Works and Superintendent of Streets,
prior to final building inspection.
2. That fire hydrants shall be installed
as required and determined to be necessary
by the Chief of the Fire Department, said
fire hydrants to be installed prior to
final building inspection.
3. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim, marked ''Exhibits Nos. 1
and 2."
4. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be
constructed along the east property line,
prior to final building inspection.
5. That all air conditioning facilities
shall be properly shielded from view
from abutting streets, prior to final
building inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is here-
by, amended, and the property above described shall be
excluded from the zone in which it is now situated, and
incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above
set forth, and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby
adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare
a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map
showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
