AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM KJNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING

WF;EREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No, 1516

Code and a change or changes in, the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereianafter mentioned and described, after having held a

change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing aad did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zor.e.s as set forth in said resolution; and

WHEREAS, at the tiime and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City CC,n,ci.l did. Mold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to k,e heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upcn col sidex the recommendation of tete City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resclu.tion, i's) No, <(s) 65R-169finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Muxnici��ode
should be aTended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as .set forth in said resolu-
tion (s) s. and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s)
65R-169 , certain conditions and requirements were ma e
as conditions precedentto the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all. conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zon -s have been complied with;
NOWT THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows.

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The North 2.88 acres of the East half of the Southeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the follow-
ing conditions:
1. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with
the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2.
2. That the proposed drive-in service buildings shall
be operated for carry -out service only, as stipulated by the
petitioner.
3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be prop-
erly shielded from view from abutting streets, prior to final
building inspection.
4. That the owner of subject property shall purchase
and have delivered eight trees ten feet in height for planting
along the left slope of the seventh tee, and shall pay to the
City of Anaheim the sum of $200.00 to cover the cost of planting
said trees and relocating the tee and trap, or shall construct
a twenty -foot fence adjacent to the golf course property.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City En-
gineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to
be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby ap-
proved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 17tn day of August , 1965.
