AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 15 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1554 --
Series 1964-65 Reclassification No. 64-65-97
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the a eim Muni.ci.pa

WIHERFAS, at the timf and place fixed for said public

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 65R-274
certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all, conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zona or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION lm
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 16 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
That portion of Vineyard Lot "C-1," in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as per Map recorded
in Book 4, pages 629 and 630 of Deeds, in the Office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described
as follows:
Be§inning at the Northeast corner of said lot; thence South
15 27' 00" East 360.14 feet along the Easterly line of said
lot to the Easterly prolongation of the Northerly line of Lot
67 of Tract No. 2723, as shown on a map recorded in Book 84,
pages 19, 20 and 21 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of
the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence South
740 29' 45" West 236.93 feet along the Northerly line of said
Lot 67 and its Easterly and Westerly prolongation to the East-
erly line of Rose Street, as shown on said map of Tract No.
2723; thence North 150 30' 15" West 341.63 feet along said
Easterly line to the beginning of a tangent curve thereon con-
cave Southeasterly,havin a radius of 15.00 feet and a cen-
tral angle of 90° 00' 00thence Northerly, Northeasterly
and Easterly 23.56 feet along said curve; thence North
150 30' 15" West 3.50 feet to the Northerly line of said
Vineyard Lot "C-1"; thence North 740 29' 45" East to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPT the interest in any portion thereof included within
the East 2.50 feet of said Lot "C-1" conveyed to the City of
Anaheim by deed recorded March 1, 1924 in Book 512, page 255
of Deeds of said Orange County.
now is R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE,
upon the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior
to final building inspection.
2. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with
the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2; PROVIDED,
HOWEVER, that no access shall be permitted to Rose Street nor
to the alley.
3. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view from abutting streets, prior to
final building inspection.
4. That trees of sufficient height to obscure the
loading dock from the apartment building shall be planted
along the southerly boundary of subject property; and that
said trees and the planting thereof shall be subject to the
approval of the Parkway Maintenance Superintendent.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
