AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE lg OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE C17Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT -
W 5, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly, pass and adopt Resolution No. 1441--
,:>eries 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-63 ;
reco�en gig an amendment to Title ld of the ae m� WFICIP&I
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing therson in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zona or zones and after having received
evidence and reports from parsons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said CitKPlanning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its haearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as, set forth in said resolution, and
WHEREkS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommenlation of the Cit}
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fisc the 1day of
Januar y 19 65 , as the tizis, and the ®unc Chamber

public hearing upon. said proposed amendment to Title IS of the
Anaheim Municipal Cede and change or changes of zone or zones,

WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed - for said public.

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s)_ 65R-27

said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with,
NOW,, THEREFORE,, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS.-

That Title lg of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended bchanging the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said `little li by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or laps showing such change or changes as
follows-

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Oran:;e, ,Mate o. -California, described ,as follows,
to w:= -t:
The easterly 250 feet (the Westerly line of which is
parallel with the Westerly line of Citron Street) of
that portion of Lot 39, ''Anaheim Extension," as shown
on a 1•1ap made by Wm. Hamel and filed for record in the
Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of said Lot 39;
thence Southerly along the Easterly line thereof
175.7 feet; thence Westerly, parallel to the Southerly
line of said Lot, 1184.3 feet to the Westerly line
thereof; thence Northerly along said Westerly line
500 42 feet to the North line of said Lot; thence
East along said North line 1225.8 feet to the point
of beginning.
Excepting therefrom the Southerly 48.00 feet of the
Easterly 149.75 feet.
now is R-0, ONE -FAMILY SUBURBAN ZONE, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City .coning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City CI.er1e. shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

Anaheim, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance
No. 2177 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 3rd day of
August, 1965, and t,at the same was duly passed and adopted
at a recular meeting of said City Council held on the 10th
day of August, 1965, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Pebley, Schutte, Chandler and Krein
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2177 on the
10th day of August, 1965.
