AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT
WREREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No, 1621 --
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No, 64-65-123 51
reccmmen ,ing an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
Pablic hearing Cher on in the "m`i`ner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 cf the Anahvm `ari pal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein, and
WEEREAS,. said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
cha^ges of zone or zoo s as set, forth in said resolution; and
WhEREAS, upon receipt ofsaid resolution., report of
findings, s r ar ,;.of evidence and recommendation of the City

in said TOle 18 of the Av heim MUnicipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City VoLcil did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did ,give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to he heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
am;d did adopt 1Resolution it) No, ;s) 65R-433 finding
a.od determining that. Title 18 of thi—KnAelm—MUnicipal ode
should be aTerded and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s) and
WPEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 65R-433
, certain conditions and requirements were ma e
as conditional precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones and
WIEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THERISF'ORE< THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS ✓
SECTION 1
That Title 18 of the. Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows-

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
The West 40.00 feet of the East 435.55 feet of the North
160.00 feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of the Southwest quarter of Section 17 in Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded
in Book 51, page 10,of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following
conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior
to final building inspection.
2. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file
with the City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibit No. 1."
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

August, 1965, and that the same was duly passed and
adop-ed at a regular meeting of said City Council held on
ti-�e 10th day of August, 1965, by the following vote of
the members thereof:

ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2176 on the
10th day of Aucust, 1965.
