AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1830 IN RECLASSI-
FICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 61-62-73.
WHEREAS, the City Council did on April 16, 1963
adopt Ordinance No. 1830 in Reclassification Proceedings
61-62-73 amending Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
relating to zoning and changing the property therein
described from R-A,Residential Agricultural Zone, to C-1
Neighborhood Commercial Zone, subject to certain condi-
tions therein set forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of said ordinance reads
as follows:
"1. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans marked 'Exhibits
Nos. 1 and 2' on file with the City of Anaheim."
AND WHEREAS, since the adoption of said Ordinance
No. 1830, C-1,General Commercial Zone Site Development
Standards have been adopted by the City, and the City Council
finds that Condition No. 1 of said ordinance should, therefore,
be amended to provide for development in accordance with C-1
Site Development Standards.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1830 in Reclassification Proceed-
ings No. 61-62-73 be and tYe same is hereby amended by amending
Condition No. 1 thereof to read as follows:
"1. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with C-1, General Commercial
Zone Site Development Standards."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this 10th day of August, 1965.

the 3rd day of August, 1965, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 10th
day of August, 1965, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Pebley, Schutte, Chandler and Krein
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2175 on the 10th day of
August, 1965.
