AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
TRATE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1605 --
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-114
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the a e mun c pa
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed . in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim. Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, s',ammsry of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 1st dayy of
June , 19 65 , as the time, and the Counc hamber
n the City--Ra-11 of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a
p'..blic hearing upon. said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
An.a.heim Municipal Cove and ,said change or changes of zone or
zones, and didggive notice thereof in the manner and as provided
in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Muxnicipal. Code; and
WHEREAS, at, the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did Mold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 65R-404 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of thena e m n c pa ode
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 65R-404
, certain conditions and requirements were made
as condItions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precederst to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS. -
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
The South one-half of the East one-half of the North one-half
of the East one-half of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 28, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the
Rancho Las Bolsas, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder
of said County.
EXCEPT the North 1 acre.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the
following condition:
That subject property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with plans and specifications on file with the
City of Anaheim, marked "Exhibit No. 1."
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 3ra day of August .31 19 65

No. 2174 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 27th day of
July, 1965, and that the same was duly passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 3rd
day of August, 1965, by the following vote of the members
thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Pebley, Schutte, Chandler and Krein
NOES; COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2174 on the
37--d day of August, 1965.
