2171ORDINANCE NO. 2171 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 1.04, SECTION 1.04.400 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO THE STADIUM COMMISSION. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That Title 1, Chapter 1.04, Section 1.04.400 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 1.04.400 STADIUM COMMISSION CREATED - POWERS AND DUTIES. "There shall be a Stadium Commission consisting of five (5) members. The Stadium Commission shall have the power and be required to: A. Make recommendations to the City Council for the operation and conduct of the sports stadium. B. Make recommendations to the City Council for the rental or use of the sports stadium. C. Recommend to the City Council the duties, respon- sibilities and qualifications of the sports stadium manager and other officers and employees of the sports stadium. D. Consider the annual budget for the sports stadium during the process of its preparation and make recom- mendations with respect thereto to the City Council and the City Manager. E. Perform such other functions not inconsistent with the Charter of the City of Anaheim as may be delegated to it by the City Council." SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
