AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THA, T
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly piss and adopt Resolution No. 1624 --
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-125 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of theAnaheim Muni.c pa
Code: and a charge or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
pi,.iblic hearing t.her ,nor ir� the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim MSunicipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes, of zonae or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zonae or zones as set: forth in said resolution; and

WHEREAS, at the time and place fined for said public

to the heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommen:daaticn of the City Planning Commission,

should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s) � and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 65R-436
, certain conditions and requirements were mac e -
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all. conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;.
NOW,, THEREFORE � THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows-

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to
wit:
Lot No. 1 of Tract No. 5688, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 209, Pages 38 and 39 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-3, HEAVY COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following
conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior
to final building inspection.
2. That plans for the development of subject property
shall be submitted to, and approved by, the City Council prior
to the issuance of a building permit.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation,printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 20th day of July , 1965
