AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE REIoAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THAT- THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1570
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-99 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after halving held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS,�supon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary cf evidence and recommendation of the City

jublic hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or
zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided
in said Title l8 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Cc�anacil did Mold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to he heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommenadation, of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s)_3 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the na e, munic p ode
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s) A and
WHEREAS, in accordancewith said Resolution (s) 65R-330
certain conditions and requirements were ma e
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones- amnd
WHEREAS, all, conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOWe THEREFORE_, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
- of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The East one acre of the South five acres of the Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of
Section 7, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets, prior
to final building inspection.
2. That the owner of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling unit,
to be used for park and recreation purposes, said amount to
be paid at the time the building permit is issued.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required
and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire Depart-
ment, said fire hydrants to be installed prior to final build-
ing inspection.
4. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file
with the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by

of Anaheim held on the 29th day of June, 1965, and that the same
was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 6th day of July, 1965, by the followinc vote of the
members thereof:
