AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPALS CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
TFAT
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1604 --
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-109 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim un c pa
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the mia.nner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim, Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, s,,ummary of evidence and recommendation of the City

public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or
zones, and didgive notice thereof in the manner and as provided
in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution, (s) No. (s) 65R-401 , finding
and determining that Title18 of the Anaheim Municipa ode
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 65R-401
, certain conditions and requirements were made
as condItions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent, to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOWp THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California. described as follows,
to Wit:
That portion of the west half of the southwest quarter of the
southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City of Anaheim, County of
Orange; State of California, as per map recorded in Book
51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office of the
County Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said west half; thence
East 214.50 feet along the southerly line of said west half
to a point West 450.00 feet from the East line of said west
half, said point being the true point of beginning; thence
northerly 365.00 feet parallel with said East line; thence
westerly 79.50 feet parallel with said southerly line to
a point East 135.00 feet from the West line of said west
half; thence southerly 365.00 feet parallel with said West
line to said southerly line; thence East 79.50 feet to the
true point of beginning.
EXCEPT the North 141.00 feet thereof.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the follow-
ing conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public Works and Superintendent of Streets., prior
to final building inspection.
2. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with
the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be.printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation,printed.; published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and a in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 2160 was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City
of Anaheim held on the 22nd day of June, 1965, and that the
same was duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said
City Council held on the 29t} day of June, 1965, by the follow-
ing vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Pebley, Schutte and Krein
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
TEMPORARILY ABSENT: COUNCILMAN: Chandler
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2160 on the
29th day of June, 1965.
