AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1949 IN RECLASSIFICATION PRO-
CEEDINGS NO. 62-63-131.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on November 3, 1963, adopt
Ordinance No. 1949 in Reclassification Proceedings No. 62-63-131
changing the property therein described from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE and R-3,
MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, as more particularly set forth
in said ordinance, subject to certain conditions enumerated
therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Condition No. 3 of
said ordinance should be amended.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1949 in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 62-63-131 be, and the same is hereby amended by amending
Condition No. 3 thereof to read as follows:
"3. That all vehicular access rights to Orangewood
Avenue from Lots 2, 3 and 4 of Tract No.
5302, except at dedicated street openings;
shall be dedicated to the City of Anaheim."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circ ulation,printed, published and cir-
culated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its
final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 22nd day of
June, 1965, and that the same was duly passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
29th day of June, 1965, by the following vote of the
;embers thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
TEMPORARILY ABSENT: COUNCILMAN; Chandler
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2159 on the
29th day of June, 1965.
