AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1223 IN RECLAS-
SIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 56-57-33.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on March 11, 1957,
adopt Ordinance No. 1223 in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 56-57-33 changing the property therein described from
R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -
COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein set
forth; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 1 of Ordinance No. 1223 reads
as follows:
"1. That the present service road be extended through ��
to Stanton Avenue at the South edge of the property.
AND WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has re-
quested that said condition be amended; and
WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing on
June 8, 1965 to consider an amendment to Condition No. 1 of said
ordinance, and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard and did thereupon consider the recomendations
of the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Condition No. 1
of Ordinance No. 1223 should be amended.
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1223 in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 56-57-33 be, and the same is hereby amended by amending Con-
dition No. 1 thereof to read as follows:
"1. That a modified cul-de-sac, with curb break, shall
be provided on the north property line adjacent to
the frontage road presently existing on the east
side of Beach Boulevard; and that said cul-de-sac
shall be subject to the approval of the City
Engineer."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) dayys from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
