AMENDING Tl':,LE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUVCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT .
WHEREAS, the City Planning C3ffmission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1552
-Series 64-= in Reclassification No., 64-65-9

zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change of
zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from
persons intere�ted therein, and

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWST
SECTION I
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows-,

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
PARCEL NO. 1•
That or i.on�of the South � of the Southwest k of the North-
west t of the Southwest 4 of Section 2, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of Califom ia, as said section is shown on a map
thereof recorded in book 51, page 10, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly Southwest corner of Tract
No. 2022, as per map recorded in book 58, pages 24 and 25,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange Count , said South-
west corner being in the West line of Southwestof the
Northwest 4 of the Southwest 4 of said Section 2, and running
thence East along the boundary of said Tract 201.77 feet to
an angle point therein; thence continuing along said bound-
ary, South 135.00 feet to the South line of said Southwest
4 of the Northwest 4 of the Southwest 4; thence West along
said South line 200.15 feet to the Southwest corner of said
Southwest 4 of the Northwest 4 of the Southwest 4; thence
North 0° 41' 20" West along the West line of said Southwest
4 of the Northwest 4 of the Southwest 4, 135.01 feet to the
point of beginning.
PARCEL NO. 2:
Lot , Tract 2022, in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in book 58, pages 24 and 25, Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-1, GENERAL -
COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the following condition:
That subject property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with City of Anaheim Service Station Minimum
Site Development Standards, on file with the City.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
