AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 Or THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND

WHIREAS3, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim dict heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1408 --
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-55

Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Kinicipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zona or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested thereine and
WHEREAS, said Cit Flan ring Commission chid male find-
ings and summaries of its Kearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zonae or tones as, set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREkS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommmeniaationn of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fine the 15th day of
Decembery 10 64 , as the time, and the ou—nc Chamber
� 1 ci-TER- City of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing pupor said proposed ametradment to Title IS of the
Anaheim Municipal Cede and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did Live notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Tit a 18 of the Anaheim MunicipalCode; and
WHEREAS, at tt�'te time and place fixed -for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein, an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidenace and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution fad Na, (pp 64R-956 , finding
and determining than Title 14 cf the—kiJm� MFpf a Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zonas should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (a)- and:
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (a) 64R-956
, carr ,ain conditions and requirements ntts were
as con t ons precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been: complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITE' OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.
That Title I8 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended b chain aging the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by opting e
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The Northwesterly 120 feet of that portion of Lot 26, of
Anaheim Extension as shown on a map of survey made by
Wm. Hamel and filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 26;
thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said lot,
a distance of 503.19 feet, more or less, to the South-
easterly corner of that certain tract of land conveyed
by Rollin R. Rees, et ux., to 0. A. Mullinix, by deed
recorded January 25, 1924, in Book 506, page 256,
Deeds, thence Westerly along the Southerly line of
the land so conveyed to Mullinix, a distance of 612.49
feet, more or less, to a point in the Westerly line of
said Lot 26, which point is distant 331.89 feet
Northerly from the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 26;
thence Southerly along the Westerly line of said Lot
26, a distance of 331.89 feet to the Southwesterly
corner thereof; thence Easterly along the Southerly
line of said lot, a distance of 663.60 feet to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPT the Southwesterly 227.22 feet, measured from
the center line of Lemon Street.
now is C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C-3, HEAVY -COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon the
following conditions:
1. That sidewalks and driveways shall be installed
along Anaheim Boulevard as required by the City
Engineer, and in accordance with standard plans
and specifications on file in the Office of the
City ;engineer; and that said sidewalks and drive-
ways shall be installed prior to final building
inspection.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the
Office of the Director of Public Works and
Superintendent of Streets, prior to final
building inspection.
3. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and specifi-
cations on file with the City of Anaheim, marked
"Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4`; provided, however,
that the easterly six feet of subject property
shall be developed and maintained as a P -L,
Parking -Landscaping Zone.
4. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view from abutting
streets.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
