AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM KJNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WPKEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1419
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-53 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
p,ahlic hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in. said
Titl,? 13 of tihe An,ahsim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, sumn.ry of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Cammissicn, the City Clerk did fix the 24th da of

in -fie City Hall o7777e City of Anaheim as the plaice, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to 'Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and said change or changes of zone or
zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided
in: said Title 1.8 of the An-,a,heimn Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the tirme and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommenda.ticm of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution is) No. (s) 64R-859 & 65R-384 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
should be amended and that a. change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s); anal
WHEREAS, in, accordance with said Resolution (s) 64R-859
& 65R-384 , certain conditions and requirements were mace'
as condT ones precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone cr zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE,, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS 1FOLL,OWS
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows

that all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
All that portion of Lot 3 of Helen and Lynch's Subdivi-
sion of a portion of the West half of Section 16, Town-
ship 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., as shown on a
map recorded in book 442, page 158 of Deeds, records
of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows:
The Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 4 South, Range
10 West, S.B.B. & M.
Excepting therefrom the following: Beginning at a point
324.46 feet West of the Northeast corner of the Northeast
quarter of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of Section 16, Township 4 South, Mange 10 West, S.B.B. &
M.; thence South 661.49 feet to the South line of said
Northeast quarter; thence West along said South line 335.57
feet to the West line of said Northeast quarter; thence
Norti3 along said ';fest line 662.05 feet to the North line
of said Northeast quarter; thence East along said North
line 335.71 feet to the place of beginning.
Also excepting therefrom tie following parcels of land:

10 ;Jest, also being trat portion of Lot 3 of the Helen
and Lynch's Addition to Anaheim, as shown on a map recorded
in book 1x-42, page 158 of Deeds, records of Los Angeles
County, California, described as follows:
Beginnin at t o ,LIortieast corner of the Northeast corner
of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of said
Section; thence South 89° 08' 42" Vest along the North
line of said Section 324.46 feet; thence South 0° 51' 18"
"Last 38.37 feet; thence North 87°35' 00" East 324.35
feet to the east line of said Northwest quarter of the
Northwest quarter of said Section; thence North 00 24' 59"
West along sai, West line, 30.01 feet to the point of
beginning.
Parcel B. That portion of said Section described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the South line of Parcel A above,
said point being Westerly along said line 40.01 feet from
to Nast line of said Northwest quarter of the Northwest
quarter; thence Easterly 40.01 feet to said East line;
thence South 0° 24' 59",Last along said Last line, 20.70
feet; thence Westerly at right angles to said East line
20.01 feet; thence Northwesterly in a direct line to the
point of beginning.

now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in C-3, HEAVY -COMMERCIAL ZONE,
upon the following conditions:

1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accord-
ance with approved plans on file in the Office of the
Director of Public works and Superintendent of Streets,
prior to final building inspection.
2. That the 35 -foot setback established by a resolution
of the City Council shall be observed in the develop-
ment of the property; and, further, that plans of
development shall be subject to approval of the City
Council prior to the issuance of a building permit.
3. That landscaping shall be provided in accordance with
the amended plans approved by the City Council and on
file with the City of Anaheim; and that said landscap-
ing shall be planted and provided with irrigation
facilities prior to final building inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which. it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
