AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT .
WHEREAS, the City Planning Carrmission of the City of
Anaheim did ' heretofore. duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1567--
oe-ries 19641-65 in Reclassification Nc. 64-65-100
recommerO—Ing-aeini-al of a. change in the boun'a'&ries of t zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing therc-or in. the manner and as prescribed in Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change of
zone or zones., and after having received evidence and reports from
persons interested therein and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings,
and a summary cf it,-. hearing, and did recommend denial of a change
of zone or zones ai set forth in said resolution; and

give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18

hearing, the City Cuunil did hcld and conduct such public hearing
and did give all pet'3,ns interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receillle e,�idence and reports, and did thereupon
-consider the recoaLmendat1,:-,n of the City Planning Commission, and
did adopt Resolut N, -)c (s) 65f,-350' and 65R-376 finding and
determining that 1-itle 18 of t,,---A-n-a-Fe—i�n--Runicip-a-17—Code should
be amended and that a 1-hange or changes in the boundaries of said
zone or zones sh,uld be trade as set forth in said resolution(s);
and
WHERLiILS. in accordance with said resolution(s), certain
conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to
the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS,- all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or, zones have been complied with;
NOW,) THEREFORE,, THE CITY COLMUL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1,
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows.
