AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution in each
of the hereinafter numbered reclassifications, recommending
amendments to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and changes
in the boundaries of the zones hereinafter mentioned and de-
scribed, after having held public hearings thereon in the manner
and as prescribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
to consider such proposed changes of zones, and after having
received evidence and reports from persons interested therein;
and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend changes of
zones as set forth in said resolutions; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolutions, reports of
findings, summaries of evidence and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 4th day of May,
1965, as the time, and the Council Chamber in the City Hall of
the City of Anaheim as the place; for public hearings upon said
proposed amendments to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
and changes of zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner
and as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code;
and,
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearings, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ings and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commis-
sion, and did adopt a resolution in each reclassification
proceeding, finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code should be amended and that changes in the bounda-
ries of said zones should be made as set forth in said resolutions.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such changes as follows:
That all of the property and area situated in the City of Ana-
heim, County of Orange, State of California, more particularly
hereinafter described under separate reclassification numbers,
be changed from the zones in which it is now incorporated to
the zone indicated for the specific area under each reclassifi-
cations. Said property is described and designated as follows:

RECLASSIFICATION NO. 64-65-102
That portion of the Southeast quarter of Section 20, Township
4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of Lot 18, Tract
No. 2176, as shown on a map recorded in Book 59, pages 34
and 35, Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, 10
feet westerly, measured along said southerly line, from the
southeast corner thereof; thence N. 890 05' 00" W., 348.49
feet; thence S. 0° 44' 10" W., 334.18 feet to a point on a
line parallel with and distant northerly 60.00 feet, as
measured at right angles, from the center line of Katella
Avenue, as said center line is shown on a map of said Tract;
thence easterly along said parallel line 322.33 feet, more
or less, to the beginning of a tangent curve, concave north-
westerly and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence north-
easterly along said curve, through a central angle of
890 49' 10", an arc distance of 39.19 feet to a point on a
line parallel with and distant westerly 50.00 feet, as
measured at right angles, from the center line of Euclid
Street, as said center line is shown on the map of said Tract;
thence northerly along said last-mentioned parallel line to
the point of beginning.

corporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE.

The North half of Lot 2, as shown on a Record of Survey of
part of Section 4, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B.& M.,
filed in Book 1, page 55 of Record of Surveys in the Office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Easterly 551.30 feet.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 27.00 feet.
ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM the Westerly 53.00 feet, measured
at right angles from the center line of Euclid Street.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and in-
corporated in C-2, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE.
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 64-65-104
The North 180 feet of the East 180 feet of the Northeast
quarter of Section 8, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in
the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map thereof recorded
in Book 51, page 7 et seq. of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
EXCEPT THEREFROM that portion of said land described in the
deed to the City of Anaheim recorded December 7, 1964 in Book
7334, page 907 of Official Records of said Orange County.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and in-

Beginning at a point in the center line of Euclid Street,
formerly Garden Grove Road, adjoining said lot on the west,
distant southerly thereon 210.00 feet from its intersection
with the center line of Katella Avenue, adjoining said lot on
the north; thence easterly, parallel to said Katella Avenue
center line, 53.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
continuing easterly, parallel to said Katella Avenue center
line, 150.00 feet; thence northerly, parallel to said Euclid

corporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE.
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 64-65-107
Those portions of Lots 4 and 5, Tract 3396, in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 121, pages 8 and 9 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the center line intersection of Euclid Street,
adjoining said tract on the west, and Romneya Drive, adjoining
said tract on the south; thence Northerly along said Euclid
Street center line, 182.00 feet; thence Easterly, parallel with
said Romneya Drive center line, 203.00 feet; thence Southerly,
parallel with said Euclid Street center line, 182.00 feet to
a point in said center line of Romneya Drive; thence Westerly
along said last-mentioned center line, 203.00 feet to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPTING any portions thereof included within Euclid Street
and Romneya Drive as said streets are shown on the map of
said tract.
now is C-3, HEAVY COMMERCIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONE.

SEC'T'ION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
