AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 1.8 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT°
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1561.
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-98
recommending an amendment- to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
Public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaihetmi Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changjes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and

April _ , 19 65 , as the time, and the Counc hamber

public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Cove and said change or changes of zone or
zones, and didgive notice thereof in the manner and as provided
ir- said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code, and
WHEREAS, at, the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Coancil did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to he heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. fs) 65R-306 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the na e m unn c pa ode
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s) , and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 65R-306
certain conditions and requirements were made
as con :it onns precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zonae or .zones have been complied with;
NOWT, THEREFORE,, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS ]FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows-.

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The West 107.55 feet of the North 2 acres of the South 4
acres of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of
the Northeast quarter of Section 85 in Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the City of
Anaheim, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51,
page 10, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 30 feet thereof.
now is R -A, AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and in-
corporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon the
following condition:
That subject property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with plans and specifications on file with the
City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of May 1965

No. 2145 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 11th day of
May, 1965, and that the same was duly passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
18th day of May, 1965, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Pebley, Schutte, Chandler and Krein
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2145 on the
18th day of May, 1965.
