AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2058 IN RE-
CLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 63-64-68.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did heretofore, to wit, on
October 20, 1964 adopt Ordinance No. 2058 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 63-64-68 changing the property therein described
from R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE and C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -
COMMERCIAL ZONE to C-0, COMMERCIAL OFFICE ZONE, subject to the
condition that the property be developed substantially in
accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1 to 6, both inclusive, and in
accordance with all provisions of the C-0, COMMERCIAL OFFICE
ZONE; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said plans and specifi-
cations, masonry walls have been constructed along the Crescent
Avenue frontage, along the Fairhaven Street frontage and along
the southerly property lines where adjacent to single-family
residential zoned property; and
WHEREAS,

NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 2058 in Reclassification Proceed-
ings No. 63-64-68 be, and the same is hereby amended by amending
the condition subject to which said change of zones was granted,
to read as follows:
"That subject property shall be developed substantially in
accordance with plans and specifications on file with the
City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1 to 6, both inclusive,
and in accordance with all provisions of the C-0, COMNERCIAL
OFFICE ZONE; provided, however, that the wall along Crescent
Avenue at the alley opening shall be reduced to three courses;
that two courses shall be removed from the wall along Fair-
haven Drive; and that the wall along the southerly property
lines, adjacent to residential zoned property, shall be
stepped down to two courses between the front yard setback
line and the front property line."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
