AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2126 IN RE-
CLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. 63-64-2.
THAT: THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
on March 16, 1965 adopt Ordinance No. 2126 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. 63-64-2 changing the property therein described
from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -
COMMERCIAL ZONE, subject to certain conditions therein set forth;
and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 4 of said ordinance provides:
"4. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with
the City of Anaheim, marked 'Exhibits Nos. 1, 2 and 3, Revision
No. 1'; provided, however, that a driveway of a minimum width of
30 feet shall be incorporated to provide access to the rear of
subject property."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a conditional
use permit has been granted on subject property permitting its
development in accordance with the plans and specifications sub-
mitted with said conditional use permit, which vary substantially
from the above mentioned plans and specifications, and that Con-
dition No. 4 of Ordinance No. 2126 should,therefore, be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Condition No. 4 of Ordinance No. 2126 in Reclassi-
fication Proceedings No. 63-64-2 be, and the same is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"4. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and specifications on file with
the City of Anaheim, marked Exhibits Nos. 1 through 7."
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 11th day of Mme_ 1965.

Anaheim, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance
No. 2142 was introduced at a regular meeting of t'e City
Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 4th day of
May, 1965, and that the same was duly passed and adopted
at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
1 th day of May, 1965, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN% Dutton, Pebley, Schutte, Chandler and Krein
NOES: COUNCILMEN% None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Aciaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2142 on the
11th day of May, 1965.
