AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT -
WHEREAS, the City Planning, Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1136
Series 1963-64 in Reclassification No. 63-64-102 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the Ana eim Municipa
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commissicn, the City Clerk did fix the 19th day of
19 �1_ as the time, and the Counci Chamber
in theme � y� a 1 of the City of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 64R-387 , finding
and determining that Title 18 cf the Ana eim Municipa Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion. (s) ; and
WHERFAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 64R-387
cer�a.ir. conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, ,x.11 conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS -
SECTION 1,
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Grange, ;tate of California, described as follows, to
wit:
The North 320.00 feet of the South 832.00 feet of the
northeast cuarter of the southeast quarter of section 13,
Township 4 'South, 11,ange 11 I;Jest, in the Rancho Los
Coyotes, City of ,Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map recorded in book 51 page 11 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the county recorder
of said county.
EXCEPT that portion thereof included within Tract No. 2374,
as shown on a map recorded in book 81 pages 38 to 42
inclusive of said Miscellaneous Maps.
ALSO EXCEPT that portion thereof lying westerly of the
easterly line of Tract No. 4750, as per map recorded in
book 171 pages 30 and 31 of said Miscellaneous Maps.
ALSO EXCEPT that portion t-.ereof described as follows:
Beginning at an angle point on the boundary of Tract No.
28874, per map thereof .recorded in book 87 pages 38 to
42, inclusive, of said Miscellaneous Maps, easterly
50.00 feet from the southeast corner of lot 63 of said
Tract, said angle point being on the Last line of said
southeast ryuarter; thence South 0° 09' 35" West 82.00
feet along, said Nast line to the true point of beginning;
thence South 0° 09' 35" ?Jest 160.15 feet along said past
line; tnence South 89° 58' 5019 Vest 262.23 feet to the
easterl-N7 line of Tract No. 4750, per map thereof recorded
in book 171 pa -es 30 and 31 of said Miscellaneous Maps;
thence Nlorth 3 6,3' 25" East 160.51 feet along said east-
erly line to a line bearing South 890 58' 50" West from
the true point of beginning; thence North 89° 58' 50"
East 252.02 feet to the true point of beginning.
Said land is included within the area shown on a map
filed in book 27 page 24 of record of Surveys, in the
office of the county recorder of said county.
now is R -A, RESIDENITIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated. in R-1, ONE- UIILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon
the follow' -ng condition:
That the building line set -back for dwellings shall be
that of the minimum set -back of existing homes in the
area.
SECTION 2.
The Cit; Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zono or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City En-
fineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to
be added to the City Zoning leap showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.

The Cit;, Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fi^=teen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a nevaspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
