AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 1602 IN RECLASSIFICATION
PROCEEDINGS NO. 60-61-2.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
did on July 25, 1961 adopt Ordinance No. 1602 in Reclassifi-
cation Proceedings No. 60-61-2 changing the property therein
described from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE TO C-1,
NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE and R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESI-
DENTIAL ZONE, as more particularly set forth in said ordinance
and subject to certain conditions set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that Condition No. 3
of said ordinance should be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1:
That Condition No. 3 of Ordinance No. 1602 in Re-
classification Proceedings No. 60-61-2 be, and the same is hereby,
amended to read as follows:
"3. That the C-1 portion of subject property shall be
developed in accordance with C-1, GENERAL COM-
MERCIAL, ZONE site development standards."
SECTION 2•
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance, and shall cause the same to be printed once
within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim
Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, publi-
shed and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from
and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in
full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 20th day of April, 1965.

duced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Anaheim held on the 13th day of April, 1965, and that the same was duly
passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
20th day of April, 1965, by the following vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Dutton, Pebley, Schutte, Chandler and Krein
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of Anaheim
approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2135 on the 20th day of April,
1965.
