TH' CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THF T: kVHEREAS, tie City Planning Commission of the City of lnaieim did heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution in each of the zereinafter numbered reclassifications, recommending amendments to Title 15 of tiie k,na ieim Municipal Code and changes in the boundaries of the zones Hereinafter mentioned and de- scribed, after Davin;ielc. pub:_ic clearings thereon in the manner arld as prescribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider sLCh proposed changes of zones, and after having received evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and 'WHERLAS, said City Planning Commission did make find- ings and summaries of its Hearings ant did recommend changes of zones as set r'orth in said resolutions: and 1iEREA.S, upon receipt of said resolutions, reports of findings, summaries of evidence and recommendations of the City Planning Commission, -the City Cierk did fix the 2nd day or February, 1965, as tele time, and trie Council Chamber in the City Hall, of the City of Anaheim as the place, for public hearings upon said proposed amendments to Title 18 of the Anaheim Munici- pal Code and chances of zones, and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; ant dHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearings, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear- ings and did "ive all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there- upon consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commis- sion, and dill adopt a resolution in each reclassification proceeuing, finding and determining final Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should be amended and that changes in the bounda- ries of said zonas should be made as set forth in said resolutions. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1.
