THAT.- THE C 1TY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AXAHEtM DOES FIND
AREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly ;aas and adopt Resolution No. 1480 --
Series 1964-65 in Rscl assificaation No. 64-65-69 -,
recommending an amendmerit to 7"it;le 18 of

public hearing thersav in the meaner &_nd as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Knic i.pal, Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
SEAS, said Cit Planning C'om Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its eaari.nuug and quid recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as s(at fGrth in said resolution; and

ing and did give all pco.rsons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard atr)d did receive evidenace and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the Citi Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution 2s) No® its) 65R-73 , finding

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolutions (9)_65R-73

WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, T -11E CITY COUNCIL OF 7WE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DORS ORDAIN AS FOLLOWSa
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended b changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 1 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Naps showing such change or changes as
followsg

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, Mate of California, described as follows, to
wit: j
The North 92 feet of the South 529 feet of the
past half of the last half of the Southeast
quarter of the ;southeast quarter and the North
92 feet of the South 529 feet of the Last S
feet of the West half of the Last half of the
Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of
Section 14, in Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City
of Anaheim.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the East 40 feet thereof
granted to the State of California.
PARCEL 2:
The North 95 feet of the South 624 feet of the
Last one-half of the Last one-half of the South-
east quarter of the Southeast quarter and the
North 95 feet of the South 624 feet of the East
8,00 feet of the West one-half of the East one-
half of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Slection 14; in Township 4 South,
range 11 blest 'in the 1ancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 51, page
11, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County..
now is C-2, GLNL AL COMMERCIAL ZONE and R -A, AGRICULTURAL LONE,
and that it be changed to and incorporated in C-3, HEAVY
CONnIERCIAL ZONE, upon the following conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the
Office of the Director of Public Works and
Superintendent of Streets, prior to final
building inspection,.
2, That fire hydrants shall be installed as
required and determined to be necessary by
the Chief of the Fire Department, said fire
hydrants to be installed prior to final
building inspection,
3. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim, marked "Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2."
6. That all air conditioning facilities shall
be properly shielded from view from
abutting streets,

SECTI0N 2.
The City Zoning Map shell be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 23rd day of March , 1965
