AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING -TO ZONING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT °
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1273 --
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-5 ,
recommen ing an amendment to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipa
Code and a charge or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereoninthe manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheir"p Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 18th day of
August , 19 64 , as the time, and the Counci Chamber
in the City Hamel o tie City of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 64R-619& 65R-209 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the na eim Municipa Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s) ; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 64R-619
& 65R-209 , certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

to wit :
Tire North 791.22 feet of the Couth 1018.22 feet of

of the unnamed street, now known as La Palma Avenue,

California, as per map recorded in Book 4, page 7 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, :included within the following

Beginning; at a point on the North line of Lot 9 of said
Miles Rancho which for the purpose of the followin

Romneya Drive adjoining said lots on the North,
lesterly 325.98 feet from trie Northeast corner of said
Lot 10; thence Easterly 174.66 feet along the North
lines of said lots; tuence Southerly 1319.20 feet, in

Lot 10 which for the purpose of this measurement is

now is R -A. AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and
incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE-FiUlILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, upon
the fol lowing, conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the Office
of the Director of Public Tv�orks a -rid Superintendent
of Streets, prior to final 'building inspection.
2. Viat fire hydrants shall be installed as required
ant: determined to be necessary by the Chief of the
Fire Department, said lire hydrants to be installed

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the Zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
Is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
Its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
