AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE 1 ELAT-

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
TUT:
WHERUS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No.
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-13 ,
recom en nng ars amendment to Title 18 of thus & EME WRE �a
Code and a chnange or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after halving held a
public hearing thersonn in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Hanicipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from parsons interested thnerein s and
WHERMS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its beamring and did recommend aaal change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution, and
AREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommenndlaautioun of the City

public hearing upon, said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Cede and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did ggive notice thereof in the manner and alas provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed -for said public
hearing, the City Council diel hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all personas interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommend6tionn of the Cit Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No, (s) 6411-808 , finding
and determining that Title 14 of the X e m an cpay C®de
should be amended and that aa' change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (a); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 64R-808
, ceriraanin conditions and requirements were m- e

said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with,
NOW9 THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS.-

That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended b
changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 1� by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such changes or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, ;Mate of valifornia, described as follows,
to wit:
The northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the
southwest quarter of Section 17, Township 4 South,
ange 10 West, in the a.ancho Los Coyotes, County of
Orange, State of California, as per map recorded in
Book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office
of the County i,ecorder of said County.
EXCEPT the East 279.82 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPT the East 435.55 feet of the North
180.00 feet thereof.
ALSO EXCEPT the West 200.00 feet of the North
180.00 feet thereof.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon
the following conditions:
1. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and specifi-
cations on file with the City of Anaheim marked
``Exhibits Nos. 1 and 2, Revision No. 2."
2. That all air conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view from abutting streets.
3. That a 6 -foot masonry wall shall be constructed
along the east and south property lines of subject
property.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said C:11ty Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
,ngineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The amity Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOALGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by Elie

Anaheim, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance
No. 2125 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 9th day of
March, 1965, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held
on the 16th day of March, 1965, by the following vote
of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pebley, Dutton, Schutte, Krein and Chandler
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2125 on the
16th day of March, 1965.
