THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND

VEMEAS,, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 902--
or es 19 3-6�; in Reclassification No. 63-64-30 ,
RER—men nng an amendment to Title 18 of the n"i a ren na c �a
Code and a change or changes in the bou indaries of the zonas or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having Meld a
public hearing thereon in the manner &md as prescribed in said
Title 19 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from personas interested therein; and
Commission did make

ings and summariesofitsearinS andd recommend a change
or

AREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidences and recommenlation of the City
Planning Co®aissicn,, the City Clerk did fix the 29th day of

public hearing upon, said proposed a meridmegnt to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Cede and change or changes of zone or tonnes,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in'
said Tittle IS of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
AREAS, at the time and plaice fixed -for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard aid dial receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution a) No, 7s) 61--11-76 and 611,-56 ,
findingand determining that Title 18 cf thus j a� n c p Cdde
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zonae or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (a); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 631-1-97v''

said zonae or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or _ zones have been complied with as to the property

DOGES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS

That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended b char ing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by nopting 4
sectional Zoning Magi or Maps showing such changes or changes as

Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 2nd day of
March, 1965, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held
on the 9th day of March, 1965, by the following vote
of the members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City
