AN u&DlNANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1684 IN RECLASSI-
FICATION PROCEEDINGS NO. F-56-57-45.
THE CITY LOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOLS FIND
WHEREAS, the City Gouncil did heretofore, to wit,
on March 6, 1962 adopt Ordinance No. 1684 in Reclassification
Proceedings No. F-56-57-45 amending Ordinance No. 1216 in said
reclassification proceedings by adding thereto the following
condition:
"That all buildings constructed on the lots
abutting Broadway Street shall be limited to
one story in height."
AND WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said condi-
tion should be deleted from said ordinance, and the owners of
the property described in said reclassification proceedings
permitted to develop their properties under the present R-3
zoning regulations of the Anaheim Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFOaL, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
.ANAHEIM DOES UnDAIN AS FOLLOW:
SECTION 1.
That Ordinance No. 1584 in declassification Proceed-
ings No. F-56-57-45 be, and the same is hereby, amended by
deleting therefrom the following condition:
"That all buildings constructed on the lots
abutting Broadway :street shall be limited to
one story in height.'
SECTION 2.
The Giry Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once ;within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper o-?` general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall ;sake effect and be in full force.
THE FOiZEGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by
me this _ 2nd J day of _ March 19.

Anaheim, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance
No. 2118 was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 23rd
day of February, 1965, and that the same was duly
passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City
Council held on the 2nd day of March, 1965, by the
ollowing vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pebley, Dutton, Schutte, Krein and Chandler
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City
or Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2118
on the 2nd day of March, 1965.
