AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MIPTNICIPAL, CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
go:
WHEREAS,, the City Planning C3rrmission of the City of
Anaheim did heret.,ifore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. -1175 --
Series 1963-64 , in Reclassification No., -64-120
recommendln�ge�nlal of a change in the boundar -e'i &T the zone or
zones hereinafter mentic.ned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in Title 18
of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed change of
zone or zones, and after having received evidence and reports from
persons interested therein, and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings,
and a summary of it bearing, and did recommend denial of a change
of zone or zenes as yet forth in said resolution; and

hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing

heard and did re'relve evidence and reports, and did thereupon

be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said

and
WHEREI'.S, in accordance with said resolution(s), certain
conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to
the making of a change or changes of said zbne or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions prec-edent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-.
SECTION 1
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows,-
-1- 63-64-120
That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Lots 76, 77, 78 and 79 of Tract No. 1808, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 52, Pages 39,
40 and 41 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California..
now is R-1, ONE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,
and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes
hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 16 th day of February, 1965.

Anaheim, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance
No. 2113 was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 9th day of
February, 1965, and that the same was duly passed and
adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held
on the 16th day of February, 1965, by the following
vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pebley, Dutton, Schutte, Krein and Chandler
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2113 on the
16th day of February, 1965.
