AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM A NDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
TUT
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution. No. 1405 --
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-39 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the aai e m MR121pal
Code and & ch_ &�ntge or changes in the boundaries of the zonae or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing therson in the manner &md as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim hanicipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested thercein 8 and
WHEREAS, said Cit Planning Commission did afind-
ings and su rices of its cearinxxg and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREkS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, su mmary of evidence and recommendations of the City
Planning Commissicn the Cita Clerk did fisc the 15th day of

public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title IS of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did ggive notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title IS of the Anaheim nic:ip&l Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed -for said public
hearirsg, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein, an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidenace and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the Citv Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution,ts) No, ��s)) 64R=927 & 65R-64 , finding
and determining that Title 14 of theme- a ma cpaea Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zonae or zones should be made as set forth in said res®luu-
t ionb (s); and
WHERF,AS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 64R-927 &
65R-64, car tin conditions and requirements were ®a e
as con t ons precedierat to the making of a change or changes of
said zonae or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION to

That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended b changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows-.

That. all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, .state of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The southerly 40 feet of Lot 6 and Lots 7
and E -s in Block "A" of Tract No. 549, in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 18,
Page 23 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the Office
of the County Recorder of said Orange County,
now is R-1, ONi-FAMILY iLESIDBNTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C-1, NLIGHBORHOOD-COMMERCIAL ZONE, upon
the following condition:
That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of Anaheim,
marked :'Exhibits Nos . 1, 2 and 3`7; and, provided
further, that subject property shall be developed
in accordance with service station site develop-
ment standards.
3;CTI0N 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated
in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth,
and said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes
hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 2112, was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Anaheim held on the 9th day of February, 1965, and that the same was
duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 16th day of February, 1965, by the following vote of the
members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pebley, Dutton, Schutte, Krein and Chandler
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2112 on the Toth
day of February, 1965.
