AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING

NHR AS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1439 --
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-60
recommen ng an amendment to Title lg of th—e—EAelm n c pia
Code and aal change or chKgges in the boundaries of the zone or
zonas hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing therson, in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from personas interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said Cit Planning Commission did make find-
ings and sui ries of its earing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as sit forth in said resolution; and
AREAS, upon, receipts of said resolution, report of
findings,, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Com missien, the City Clerk did. fix the 5th day of
Januar y 19 65 , as the time, andthe ®unc Chamber
the City - l o W - City of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon, said proposed ameradmenat to Title 1g of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and dick ggive notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title IS of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed -for said public
hearing, the Cite Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and acid give all parsons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard &) d. did receive evideuuce and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the Cite Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution fs) No, ids) 65R-12 , finding
and determining that Title 14 of thelia a m n=fc—pf=C®de
should be aatmended and that aai change or changes in the boundaries
of said zonae cr zones Should be made &a set forth in said resolu-
tion (s)v and

WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zonae or zones have been, complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS -
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by clhanging the bound -
arias of the zones set forth insaid `little 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Napa showing such change or changes as
follows:

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
:ounty of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
The South 250.38 feet, measured from the center line
of Center Street, of that portion of Lot 7 of Anaheim
F«tension, in the City of Anaheim, as shown on a map
of Survey made by William Hamel and filed in the
office of the County &ecorder of Los Angeles County,
California, a copy of which is shown in Book 3, page
163 et seq., entitled "Los Angeles County Maps,'' in
the Office of the County Recorder of said Orange
County, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said lot; thence
North 379.50 feet; thence Fast 115 50 feet; thence
South 379.50 feet; thence West 115.50 feet to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPT that portion thereof included in the Street on
the South.
now is R-2, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE and R-1, ONE -FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to and incorporated in
-0, COMMERCIAL OFFIC: ZONE, upon the following condition:
That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans
and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim, marked 'Exhibits Nos. 1, 2
and 3 "
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended; and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Man showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SI,CTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated -ln said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
Ets final passage it shall tale effect and be in full force.

No. 2111 was introduced at a regular meeting of -the
City Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 9th
day of February, 1965, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 16th day of February, 1965, by the follow-
ing vote of tl.e members thereof:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY t'Fiat the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2111 on the
16th day of February, 1965.
