WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution, No.
;erles 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-38 ,

zonas hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing therson in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Manicipal Code to consider ouch proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein- and
WHEREAS, said Citggo� Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its �nearinag and acid recommend a change or
changes of zone or zonules as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fiat the 4th day of

public hearing upon, said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Cede and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed -for said public
hearing, the City Council did mold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution (s) No, (s) 64R-816 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim rn c paaa Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zonae or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (s)- and

said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with-,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-.
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended bp changing the boaind-
arieaa of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
.sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

SECTION Z .
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force,
