TH' CITY COUNCIL OF THL CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
That Title 18, Chapter 18.52, Section 18.52.050 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended
by adding thereto Paragraph (4) reading as follows:
"SECTION 18.52.050 CONDITIONAL USES.
(4) Buildings or structures hTn ng a height in
excess of that specified in Section 18.52.060

That Title 18, Chapter 18.52, Section 18.52.060 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended by
amending Paragraph (1) thereof to read as follows:
"SECTION 18.52.060 SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.
11(1) BUILDING AND STRUCTURAL HEIGHT LIMITATIONS.
(a) The height of any building or structure
within two hundred (200) feet of any
residential zone boundary shall not exceed
one-half of the distance from said building
or structure to the zone boundaries, pro-
va_ded that the height of any building or
structure wihin forty (40) feet of any
i_esidential zone boundary ma equal, but
shall not exceed, twenty (20}y feet, nor
shall any building or structure be closer
to the :gone boundary than the height of the
wall or side of that structure. Streets or
alleys uay be included in calculating
distance.
(b) The maximum height of all other bui ldings
or structures shall be one hundred (100Y
feet, except as provided in Paragraph (c)
uelow.

SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
