AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE EJAT_
rXG TO ZONING -
THE CITY CO CIL OF TRE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT -.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1 (�
Series 190-4-65�._ in Reclassification No. 63-64-10�__��_ ,
recommending giant amendment to Title 18 of th-e—E-Awalm Manic1pal
Code and aea chait),,ge or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having meld a
public hearing therson in the mianner and as prescribed in said
Title 13 of the Anahaim Haricipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
EAS, said Citi Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its eaaarinag and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones a9ae set forth in said resolution, and
WHEREkS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence anti recommenlatioun of the City

and did give notice, thereof in the manner and as provided in'

WHEREAS, at the time (and place freed- for said public
hearing, the City council dial hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and skid give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and dial, receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the Cite Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution Qat No� 2s� 64.-848 , finding

of said zone or zones sihould be made as set forth in said resolu-
