AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE REIAT-
r TO ZONING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT
WEDUEASs the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 1429 --
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-49
recommen ng an amendment to Title 18 of the a e mn c pia
Code iwd a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned, and described, after having held a
public hearing thers-on in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim fta icipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said Cit Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its c�ari.ng and did recommend aha change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommenlation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Cterk did fisc the 15th day of
December y 1964 31 as the time, and theounc Chea inbier

public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Cede and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did ggive notice thereof in. the manner and as provided in'
said Tit le IS of the Anaheim Munizipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the- time and place fixed -for said public
hearing, the Citi, Council dial hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all parsons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard dial receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution fa) No, Vis)64R-930 , finding

of said zonae cr zonas should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion (a); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolutions (a) 64R-930

said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, rRE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AN&MIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.

That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended bchanging the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 1 by adopting a
sectional Zoning 1_►ap or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
PARCEL ONE:
The Easterly 180 feet of the Northerly 216 feet of the
Northeast quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
Excepting the Easterly 60 feet lying within the right of
way of Brookhurst Street and the Northerly 66 feet lying
within the right of way of Lincoln Avenue.
Also excepting the triangular parcel described in the
deed recorded January 28, 1957 in Book 3781, page 334
of Official Records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL TWO:
The Westerly 70 feet of the Easterly 250 feet of the
Southerly 150 feet of the Northerly 216 feet of the
Northeast quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE (Parcel One) and
C-3, HEAVY -COMMERCIAL ZONE (Parcel Two), and that it be changed
to and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the Cit yy Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be
added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved
and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 2nd day of February , 19 65

No. 2104 was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Anaheim held on the 26th
day of January, 1965, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 2nd day of February, 1965, by the following
vote of the members thereof:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pebley, Dutton, Schutte, Krein and Chandler
NOES: COUNCILMENt None
ABSENT: COUNCILMENt None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City
of Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2104
on the 2nd day of February, 1965.
