2101"Treasurer Chief of Police ORDINANCE NO. 2101 AN ORDINANCL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING TITLE 4, CHAPTER 4.18, SECTION 4.18.010 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO AMUSE- MENT AND ENTERTAINMENT PREMISES --RESTAURANTS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That Title 4, Chapter 4.18, Section 4.18.010 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 4.18.010 ENTERTAINMENT IN PLACE SERVING FOOD OR REFRESHMENTS --PERMIT REQUIRED. "No person shall provide or permit any type of entertainment in a coffee shop, restaurant or place where food or other refreshments are served and which is open to the public, unless such person shall first obtain a permit so to do from the City Council as hereinafter provided. "A restaurant or place where food or other refresh- ments are served shall include any place or premise where alcoholic beverages only are served. "Entertainment shall include any presentation or activity of any nature which is designed or intended to divert, amuse, or attract the attention of persons observing such presentation or activity, including, but not limited to, any type of presenta- tion in which live models appear before an audience of any number of persons SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force. this ATTEST: THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me 2nd day of February, 1965.
