AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELAT-
1N0 TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
TUT
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No.
rj* 1204-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-27 ,
recommending an amendment to Title 18 of the e m n c pa
Code and as change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having meld a
public hearing thers-on in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein- and
WHEREAS, said City Pl.annining Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearing and did recommend a change or
changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 27th day of

and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed -for saidublic
hearing, the y Council did hold and conduct such public hear -
ng and did gCitall personas interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thee -
upon consider the recommendation of the Cit �g� Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolutions (a) No, (say) 64R-783 finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Ma- e m Munlciode
should be amended and that a change or changes in tappe boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tions (*)o and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 64L-' 83
1, Certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zdning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the bound-
aries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows:

TLiat all of the area situated in tine City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
Treat portion of lots 4 and 5 of tree Stockwell Subdivi-
sion, in the City o : Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as per map recorded in book 6 page 10
of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Raymond
Avenue, South 241.77 feet from the northeast corner
of said lot 4; thence North 88° 33' 00" West 629.91
feet to an iron axle; thence South 750 12' 00" West
27.00 feet to an iron axle; thence South 890 58' 00"
West 560.00 feet to the easterly line of the Atchison,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railway's 100 -foot right of way;
thence southerly 364.00 feet along said easterly line
to a line parallel with and northerly 66.00 feet from
the South line of said lot 5; thence South 890 53' 00"
=Last 1153.66 feet along said parallel line to said
center line of Raymond Avenue; thence North 352.26
feet along said center line to the point of beginning.
''EXCEPT that portion thereof lying easterly of the
westerly line of the land described in the deed to
the Orange County Flood Control District recorded
June 9, 1960, in book 5279 page 368, of Official
Records of said Orange County.
now is M-1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL ZONE, and that it be changed to
and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
upon the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject property shall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per
dwelling unit, to be used for park and re-
creation purposes, said amount to be paid at
the time the building permit is issued.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file in the
Office of tie Director of Public Works and Super-
intendent of Streets, prior to final building
inspection.
3. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans and specifi-
cations on file with the City of Anaheim, marked
Exhibits Nos. 1 through 6; provided, however,
that garages ten (10) feet in width shall be
provided; that the elevation plans shall be
subject to the approval of the Development Review
Board; and that the exterior materials shall be
stucco and shake roofs, as stipulated by the
petitioner.

SECTION 1.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City
Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map
to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
