AN ORDINANCE OR TIM CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 Or THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE REIaAT-
ING TO ZONING
THE CITY CC CIL OF TiE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT.-
WHEREAS9 the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution Noo1382--
Series 1964-65 in Reclassification No. 64-65-37 ,
recomesn nng an, amendment to Title 18 of the a eN na c
Code and ata char -Se or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, rafter having held a
public hearing they,,song in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider ouch proposed
change or changes of zonae or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from person& interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said Cit Planning Commission dices make find-
ings and summaries of its earinng and did recommend a change or
changes of tonne or zones as set forth in said resolution, and
WHEREAS, v1pon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission. the Cite Clerk did fix the 24th day of
November 0,' 64 , as the time, and the oua=Chamber
in the City -711 oi'E� _,City of Anaheim as the place, fora
public heari, upon_ said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Cede and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did five notice thereof in the manner and as provided in'
said Title l8 of the Anaheim municipalCode; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed -for said public
hearing, the City Council did (hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an, opportunity
to be heard atad did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resohution fsd No, 1s,) 641R:-853 , finding
and determining that Title 14 of thi Analftelm nn c pa C®de
should be amended and that a charAs or changes in the b®aries
of said tonne or tonnes should be made as set forth in said res®lu -
tions (a); and
WHEREAS, in accordance with acid Resolution (s) 64R-853
, cera,,tin conditions and requirements were ma e ,
as con t onns precedent to the making of ae change or changes of
said %one or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of tome or zones have been complied with$
NOW, THEREFORE,, , THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOGES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS-.
SECTION to
I
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended bchanging the bound-
aries of the tonnes stet forth ins said Title 1 by aedoptin�g a
sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows-

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, .State of California, described as follows,
to wit:
Parcel 1•
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 14 of the
P. A. Stanton Tract, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 5, Pages 23 and 24 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County California, said point being situate
South 89° 59' 47�' East 572.88 feet; and South 0° 06' 33"
West 20.00 feet from the intersection of Magnolia Avenue
and Ball Road; thence, along the West line of said Lot
14, South 0° 06' 33" West 314.03 feet to the Northwest
corner of the land conveyed to Anaheim Union High School
District of Orange County, recorded September 29, 1958
in Book 4429, Page 325 of Official Records; thence,
along the North line of said land, South 89° 56' 53"
East 582.43 feet to the East line of Lot 13 of said
Tract; thence, along said East line North 00 37' 23"
West 314.54 feet to the Northeast corner of said
Lot 13; thence, alon§ the North line of said Lots 13
and 14, North 89° 59 47" West 585.25 feet to the
point of beginning.
Parcel 2•
That portion of the West half of that certain street
40.00 feet wide lying adjacent to Lot 13 of the P. A.
Stanton Tract, as shown on a map recorded in Book 5,
Pages 23 and 24 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom the Northerly 53.00 feet measured
at right angles from the center line of Ball Road.
Also excepting that portion lying Southerly of the
Easterly prolongation of the North line of the land
described in deed to the Anaheim Union High School
District of Orange County, recorded September 29,
1958 in Book 4429, Page 325 of Official Records.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
ZONE, upon the following condition:
That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and
specifications on file with the City of
Anaheim, marked "Exhibits Nos. 2 and 3,
Revision No. 1," and "Exhibits Nos. 1, 4,
5, 6 and 7."

SECTION 2,
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
Its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
