AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE REIAT-
ING TO ZONING
THE C 17Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT a
V115, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution, No. 1191 --
Series 1963-64 in Reclassification No. 63-64-118 ,
recomme ng an amendment to Title 18 of the a e m Rc pa
Code and & change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner nner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim niciptl Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WHEREAS, said Cit Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its tearing and did recommend a change or
chafes of zone or zones as stet forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resclut:ion, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommenlation of the City
Planning Comaissicn, the City Clerk did fine the 14th day of

WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed -for said public

upon consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resclation (s�l No, 64R-655 , finding

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s) 64R-665

hereinafter described;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 1.

That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended bclha bound-
ariesing tbound-

sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as
follows. -

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim, County
of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The North 144.00 feet of the mast 10 acres of the South
20 acres of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of Section 18, Township 4, South, Range 10
West, S.B.B. & M., in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown
on a map recorded in book 51, page 10 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California.
EXCEPT any portion lying within Tract No. 2928.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be
changed to and incorporated in C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL
ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
this 12th day of January, 1965.
