A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 87R-82,
NUNC PRO TUNC.
WHEREAS, on March 17, 1987, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
passed Resolution No. 87R-82 and through inadvertence and error, the
classifications Head Parking Lot Cashier - Convention Center and Head Parking
LOt Cashier - Stadium were omitted and the classifications of Head Parking Lot
Captain - Convention Center and Head Parking Lot Captain - Stadium were added
to Section 6; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interests of
the City of Anaheim to correct Resolution No. 87R-82, nunc pro tunc, to
reflect the true intent of the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that the following classifications be deleted and added to Section 6
of Resolution No. 87R-82 nunc pro tunc, to read as follows:
That, effective February 13, 1987 Section 6 of Resolution No.
87R-82 is hereby amended to delete the following classificationsg
Head Parking Lot Captain - Convention Center
Head Parking Lot Captain - Stadium
That, effective February 13, 1987 Section 6 of Resolution No.
87R-82 is hereby amended to add the following classifications:
Head Parking Lot Cashier - Convention Center
Head parking Lot Cashier - Stadium
BE IF FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No. 87R-82 shall remain in full force and effect.
