87-231 RESOLUTION NO. 87R-231
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN PUBLIC STREETS,
EASEMENTS AND/OR FACILITIES HERETOFORE
IRREVOCABLY OFFERED FOR DEDICATION.
WHEREAS, the following public streets, easements and/or
facilities were heretofore irrevocably offered for dedication to
the City of Anaheim by document or documents recorded in the
Office of the County Recorder in the book and page of the
documents hereinafter set forth; to wit:
Consisting of public streets, easements and utility
facilities, as described in the Owner's Certificate for Tract
No. 9864 recorded in Book 513, page 16 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County. Said streets as follows: Nohl
Ranch Road, Meats Avenue, Fairfield Street, Aberdeen Street
and Westfield Court
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the storm drain system and appurtenances,
(hereinafter "Facilities")
WHEREAS, said street and facilities have been installed
and completed to the satisfaction of the City Engineer; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City to accept
said offer of dedication of Facilities for public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim does hereby accept Facilities on behalf of the
City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is
hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this
resolution to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anahqkim this ~tzh day of June, 1987.
