4659ORDINANCE NO. 4659 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the City Council did adopt its Resolution No. 67R-334 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: All that certain real property in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, being that portion of the lands allotted to M. Yorba according to a map attached to and made a part of the Decree of Partition of the Rancho Canon de Santa Ana rendered in Case No. 1978 of the 17th Judicial District Court of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: PARCEL A Beginning at the Southwest corner of Parcel 1 of a parcel map recorded in Book 87, Pages 16 and 17 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County, said point being on a line parallel with and 53.00 feet Easterly of the centerline of Lakeview Avenue as shown on said parcel map; thence along said parallel line South 0° 27' 00" East, 249.47 feet to the beginning of curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet, the Easterly terminus of said curve being tangent to a line parallel with and 53.00 feet Northerly of the centerline of La Palma Avenue as shown on said parcel map; thence Southeasterly 36.12 feet along said curve through a central angle or 82° 46' 59" to its intersection with the Westerly line -1- 66-67-64(15) 1r' of the land as shown on a map recorded in Book 40, Page 11 of Record of Surveys, in the office of said County Recorder; thence along said Westerly line North 0° 27' 00" West, 270.63 feet to the Southerly line of said Parcel 1; thence along said Southerly line North 80° 59' 47" West, 22.16 feet to the point of beginning. This parcel contains an area of 0.134 acres, more or less. Subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way and easements, if any, of record. PARCEL B Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of the land as shown on a map recorded in Book 40, Page 11 of Record of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County, said point being distant South 0° 27' 00" East, 224.00 feet from the Northerly terminus of said line; thence South 80° 59' 47" East, 68.91 feet to a point on the Easterly line of last said land being distant South 0° 27' 00" East, 224.00 feet from the South 0° 27' 00" East, 36.00 feet to a line parallel with and 53.00 feet Northerly of the centerline of La Palma Avenue as shown on a map recorded in Book 139, Page 41 of Parcel Maps, in the office of said County Recorder; thence along said parallel line South 89° 59' 10" West, 65.03 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Northeasterly and having a radius of 25.00 feet, the Northerly terminus of said curve being tangent to a line parallel with and distant 53.00 feet Easterly from the centerline of Lakeview Avenue as shown on said parcel map; thence Westerly 2.96 feet along said curve through a central angle of 6° 46' 51" to its intersection with said Westerly line; thence along said Westerly line North 0° 27' 00" West, 46.63 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL C Beginning at the Northwest corner of the land as shown on a map recorded in Book 40, Page 11 of Record of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County; thence along the Westerly line of said land South 0° 27' 00" East, 224.00 feet; thence South -2- 80° 59' 47" East, 68.91 feet to a point in the Easterly line of last said land being distant South 0° 27' 00"East, 224.00 feet from the Northerly terminus of said Easterly line; thence along said Easterly line North 0° 27' 00" West, 224.00 feet to the Northeast corner of said land; thence along the Northerly line of said land North 80° 59' 47" West, 68.91 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL D Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of the land as shown on a map recorded in Book 40, Page 11 of Record of Surveys, in the office of the County Recorder of said Orange County, said point being on the Southerly line of Parcel 1 of a parcel map recorded in Book 87, Pages 16 and 17 of Parcel Maps, in the office of said County Recorder; thence along said Southerly line South 80° 59' 47" East, 131.10 feet to the Westerly line of a grant deed recorded July 20, 1979 in Book 13236, Page 1266 of Official Records in the office of said County Recorder; thence along Westerly line South 0° 27' 00" East, 210.00 feet to the Northerly line of a map recorded in Book 1.39, Page 141 of Parcel Maps, in the office of said County Recorder; thence along said Northerly line North 80° 59' 47" West, 131.10 feet to the Easterly line of said record of survey; thence along last said Easterly line North 0° 27' 00" West, 210.00 feet to the point of beginning. This parcel contains an area of 0.623 acres more or less. Subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way and easements, if any, of record. PARCEL E All that certain real property in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California being Parcels 1 and 2 of a map recorded in Book 139, Page 41 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County. I -11 1. t.-.,, 114-1--l-.1-11- .- 1111-111-- uw - --- Subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way and easements, if any, of record, into the "ML(SC)" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL (SCENIC CORRIDOR OVERLAY) ZONE, subject to the following conditions: 1. That dedications shall be made to the City of Anaheim on all streets within the area, according to the Circulation Element of the General Plan-%ighway Rights -of -Way. 2. That all engineering requirements of the City of Anaheim such as curbs and gutters, sidewalks, street grading and paving, drainage facilities, or other appurtenant work, shall be complied with as required by the City Engineer, and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the Office of the City Engineer, at the time the property is developed. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force. THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 22nd day of October, 1985.
