AN UNCODIFIED ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
CONSENTING TO THE TRANSFER OF CONTROL OR
OWNERSHIP OF VOTING STOCK IN STORER CABLE TV,
INC.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did
enact Ordinance No. 4087 setting forth the terms and conditions
of, and awarding, a cable television system franchise to Storer
Cable TV, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Section 9 of Ordinance No. 4087 appears to
require the consent of the City of Anaheim to the recapitalization
and merger plan of Storer Communication, Incorporated, the parent
corporation of Storer Cable TV, Inc. to the extent to which the
recapitalization plan involves a change of stockholders of Storer
Communications, Incorporated; and
WHEREAS, consent to the recapitalization and merger plan
of Storer Communications, Incorporated has been requested; and
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to Section 9 of Crdinance No. 4087, the
City of Anaheim does hereby consent to and approve the transfer of
control or ownership and recapitalization and merger plan of
Storer Communications, Inc.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29thday of October, 1985.
