AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC80-206 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
Parcel 2 of a subdivision of portions of Blocks "A" and
"B" of the center tract, as per map recorded in Book
14, Page 14 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California. and a portion of the resubdivision
of the northerly part of Block A of the center tract,
as per map recorded in Book 3, Page 22 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, together with a portion
of Claudina Street, vacated by Resolution No. 76R-653,
of the City Council of the City of Anaheim, Recorded
December 1, 1976, in Book 11979, Page 1467 of Official
Records, of said Orange County and portions of the
alleys as shown on said maps, vacated by Resolution No.
80R-244 Book 13042 Page 103 of Official Records of said
Orange County,
into the "CL" COMMERCIAL LIMITED ZONE, subject to the following
conditions:
1. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance
with approved plans on file with the Office of the Executive Director
of Public Works.

2. That sidewalks shall be installed along Claudina Street as
required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans
and specifications on file in the office of the City Engineer.
3. That Condition Nos. 1 and 2, above-mentioned, shall be
complied with prior to final building and zoning inspections.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Director is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in said City, and
thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take
effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of november, 1985.
