AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC85-134 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
THAT PORTION OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST
QUARTER OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST,
RANCHO CAJON DE SANTA ANA, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED
IN BOOK 51, PAGE 10 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AND AS SAID NORTHEAST
QUARTER IS INDICATED ON A MAP OF TRACT NO. 647 RECORDED
IN BOOK 20, PAGE 34 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF
ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION,
EAST 200.00 FEET THEREON FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
THE LAND DESCRIBED IN PARCEL 1 OF THE DEED TO THE GRECO
CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, RECORDED OCTOBER 6, 1955 IN
BOOK 3235, PAGE 147 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS; THENCE SOUTH
300.00 FEET PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LINE OF SAID GRECO
CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION LAND; THENCE EAST 140.00 FEET
PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION; THENCE
NORTH 300.00 FEET PARALLEL WITH SAID WEST LINE, TO THE
NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION; THENCE WEST 140.00 FEET TO
THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE NORTH 66 FEET THEREOF,
into the "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE, unconditionally.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in said City, and
thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take
effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 17 h day of ne ber, 1985.
