AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT:
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did adopt its Resolution
No. PC85-230 determining that a change or changes in the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made as
hereinafter set forth after a duly noticed hearing; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as
conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said
zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by
rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the
City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described
as follows, to wit:
PARCEL 1:
THE SOUTHERLY 119.96 FEET OF THE NORTHERLY 459.96 FEET
OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF
THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH,
RANGE 10 WEST, IN THE RANCHO LAS BOLSAS, AS SHOWN ON A
MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGE 10 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS,
RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE WESTERLY 330.00 FEET.
PARCEL 2:
THAT PORTION OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST
QUARTER OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST,
IN THE RANCHOS SAN JUAN CAJON DE SANTA ANA AND LAS
BOLSAS, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGE 10
OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE EAST LINE OF TRACT
3267, AS SHOWN ON A MAP THEREOF, RECORDED IN BOOK 102,
PAGES 41 AND 42, MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF SAID
ORANGE COUNTY, WITH A LINE WHICH IS PARALLEL WITH AND

340 FEET SOUTH, MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES FROM THE
CENTERLINE OF ORANGEWOOD AVENUE, AS SAID CENTERLINE IS
SHOWN ON SAID MAP; THENCE EASTERLY ALONG SAID PARALLEL
LINE TO THE INTERSECTION OF A LINE WHICH IS PARALLEL
WITH AND 20 FEET EAST, MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES FROM
THE EAST LINE OF SAID TRACT 3267; THENCE SOUTHERLY
ALONG THE LAST MENTIONED PARALLEL LINE 119.97 FEET TO
THE NORTH LINE OF THE SOUTH 200 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST
QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST
QUARTER OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH, RANGE 10 WEST,
AS SHOWN ON A MAP THEREOF, RECORDED IN BOOK 51, PAGE
10, MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, RECORDS OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY;
THENCE WEST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE 20 FEET TO THE EAST
LINE OF SAID TRACT 3267; THENCE NORTH ALONG SAID EAST
LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING,
into the "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE, unconditionally.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the
zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part
of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as
amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby
directed to prepare a sectional zoning map -to be added to the City
Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted.
SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION
The,�Cjty Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen
(15) lays after_ its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in said City, and
thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take
effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of tl�e City of Anaheim this 7th day of Januarv, 1986.
