ORDINANCE NO. 4697
AN ORDI14ANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ADDING A
NEW SUBSECTION .2280 TO SECTION 14_32.130 OF
CHAPTER 14.32 OF TITLE 14 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO PARKING AND STOPPING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1_
That a new subsection .2280 prohibiting parking at any
time on certain designated streets be, and the same is hereby,
added to Section 14.32.190 of Chapter 14.32 of Title 14 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code to read as follows:
".2280 Carpenter Avenue, on the north side and on the
south side, from Shepard Street to the easterly
limit of Carpenter Avenue."
SECTION 2. SEVERABILITY
The Cit-':Dunci'L of the City cf Anaheim hereby declares
that should anv 3ectloni, paragraph, sentence cr 14ord of this
ordinance of +-ne Code, hereby adopted, be r.',ec1_ared for any reason
to be invalid, it is the intent <--,f the Council that it would have
passed all other Portions of +.:his ordinance independent of the
elimination 'erefrom �.:)f any such portiGn .as may be ec—Lared
invalid.

The :'i'_t Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days .after its acloption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a
newspaper oll generai circulation, published and circulated in said
City, ani+ thrt• (30) days from and after its final passage, it
shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
Citv Council of the City of Anaheim this25th,3ay of February
1986.
