A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2015-173,AS AMENDED,FOR THE PURPOSE
OF CREATING, DELETING AND/OR MODIFYING
CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS AND PAY
POLICIES FOR CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED
AS NON-REPRESENTED PART-TIME
WHEREAS, Section 1.05.020.0103 of the Anaheim Municipal Code requires the
Human Resources Director to maintain and administer a position classification and compensation
plan; and
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated December 15, 2020, the modification of certain pay policies for classifications designated
as Non-Represented Part-Time, effective the pay period beginning December 25,2020; and
WHEREAS, such revisions require an amendment to Resolution No. 2015-173, as
amended;and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating,
deleting and/or modifying such classifications and pay policies for classifications designated as
Non-Represented Part-Time is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Human Resources Director shall
be delegated with the authority to publish the authorized salary schedule in any format meeting the
requirements of California Code of Regulations Section 570.5.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1.
1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2015-173, as amended, is further
amended by modifying the following rates of compensation:
Effective December 25, 2020:

2. The difference between steps for the Senior Recreation Leader
classification shall be twenty-five cents (.25).
SECTION 2.
Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2015-173, as amended, shall remain in
full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2015-173, as amended, is
December 25, 2020.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 15 day of December , 2020, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Sidhu and Council Members Faessel, Diaz, Moreno,
Valencia, and O'Neil
