A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AFFIRMING DENIAL OF AN EXTENSION OF
TIME FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 2838.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
heretofore adopted Resolution No. 87R-105 on March 24, 1987,
denying an extension of time; and
WHEREAS, the permittee has heretofore requested a
rehearing on this application for an extension of said time
limitation before a Hearing Officer pursuant to the provisions of
Section 1.12.110 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council referred to a hearing officer
who, upon direction of the City Council, did conduct a duly
noticed public hearing at which time evidence was taken and from
which the hearing officer did make a recommendation that the
denial be sustained; and
WHEREAS, at its regular meeting on June 30, 1987, the
City Council received and considered the findings and
recommendation of the hearing officer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that said denial for an extension of time for
Conditional Use Permit No. 2838 be, and it is hereby, affirmed
based upon the findings and recommendations of the hearing officer.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 30th day of June, 1987.
